Photo Guidelines

1. The clearer the photo, the better the results.

2. The best photos are in natural light at eye-level with your pet from chest to head while they are sitting or standing.

3. Grainy photos and photos taken from a distance will NOT result in a good portrait.

4. You should be able to see the pupils, nostrils and details in the fur without having to zoom in.

*If there is an issue with your photo, we will reach out before creating the artwork.
