Pet Portraits

  1. Send your photo and preferences through email to orders@loyallines.com after placing your order.
  2. We will begin creating your custom portrait once your email is received.
  3. You will receive a proof to approve within 2 business days of placing your order.
  4. Once you approve the artwork, your portrait will be printed and shipped to you.

Yes! We will email you a proof for approval before printing your portrait.

The clearer the photo, the better the results. The best photos are in natural light at eye-level with your pet from chest to head while they are sitting or standing. If there is an issue with your photo, we will reach out before creating the artwork.

Yes. Including a name in the artwork is completely optional. 

Yes! We can create artwork of any animal or pet. 

Returns

Due to the custom nature of the product, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. 

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will provide a replacement at no charge.

Shipping

Your order will arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of artwork approval. Shipping times may be longer during the holiday season.

 

Changes to the order such as photo swap, address change, size changes, etc need to be made within an hour of purchase. In order to make sure you receive your proof within 2 business days, we often begin creating your artwork immediately. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled.

If you order multiple different items, some may be printed before others and will be shipped separately. 

Yes. Tracking will be provided to you once your order is shipped.
